Refund Policy

At LINEN & LATHER CLEANING CO., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our cleaning services and strive to provide each client with a clean, fresh, and stress-free experience. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may be eligible for refunds, service re-dos, or credit.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to properties with pre-existing damage, excessive buildup, biohazards, or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Re-cleans must be scheduled within 72 hours of the original service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Services were not rendered due to our fault (e.g., emergency, illness)

  • You cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice and have pre-paid

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services completed to the agreed-upon scope

  • Discontent reported more than 24 hours after service

  • Missed appointments due to client no-show or lack of access

  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged up to 50% of the service fee

  • No-shows or denied entry may result in a full charge with no refund. This ensures our team is compensated for reserved time and travel.

4. How to Request a Refund or Re-Clean

To request a refund, re-clean, or credit, please email us at contact@linenandlathercleaning.com within 24 hours of your appointment with:

  • Your name and service date

  • A detailed description of your concerns

  • Photo(s), if applicable

We will respond within 48 hours to review your case and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

6. Right to Refuse Refunds

LINEN & LATHER CLEANING CO. reserves the right to refuse a refund or re-clean if the refund policy is being abused or misused, or if the property was not in safe or reasonable condition to perform services.
