Cancellation Policy
Deposit/Payment Policy – LINEN & LATHER CLEANING CO. To secure your cleaning appointment, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and protects our schedule from last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Deposit Details: The $50 deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits, or full payments, can be made securely online at the time of booking. As a small business, our time and planning matter. Each booking reserves a dedicated time slot and preparation, and deposits help ensure commitment from both sides. This policy also allows us to continue offering reliable and high-quality service to all of our clients. Remainder of payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
