Routine Cleanings: Kitchen Wipe down countertops and backsplash Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) Spot-clean cabinet fronts Clean sink and faucet Empty trash and replace liner Sweep and mop floors Bathrooms Clean sinks, counters, and mirrors Scrub toilet (inside and out) Wipe down tub/shower Clean faucet and fixtures Empty trash Sweep and mop floors Bedrooms & Living Areas Dust all surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor) Make beds or tidy bedding Vacuum carpets/rugs and sweep/mop hard floors Wipe mirrors and light switches Empty trash General straightening up **All cleaning supplies are provided, unless you request we use your own.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit/Payment Policy – LINEN & LATHER CLEANING CO. To secure your cleaning appointment, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and protects our schedule from last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Deposit Details: The $50 deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits, or full payments, can be made securely online at the time of booking. As a small business, our time and planning matter. Each booking reserves a dedicated time slot and preparation, and deposits help ensure commitment from both sides. This policy also allows us to continue offering reliable and high-quality service to all of our clients. Remainder of payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We appreciate your understanding and support!
